Why do these server freezes even happen? I hate waiting 2 hours to play.

I guess we got bombed or something, there's always someone hacking the server, just like Shattered is getting bombed everyday, I guess the same kid is doing that to us.. even tho I know him, hes still an asshole and enjoys so do stuff like that.
